Casa Bella has been custom designed and furnished by the property owner to offer nothing but first class amenities throughout. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by a large (and extremely open) living room. The living room overlooks the outside pool area and offers breathtaking views of the intracoastal waterway in the background. The living area offers a leather sectional sofa with two additional chairs, as well as a large plasma television with dvd entertainment center. Off the living area, there is an open bar with seating for four (4). The bar also offers unobstructed views of the outside pool and lounge area, as well as the waterway in the background. There is a spacious formal dining room with seating for six. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation. Simply bring food and beverages. There is a computer work station located off the kitchen with wireless internet (computer not provided). The master bedroom is extremely private, is situated on the main floor and offers a king size bed with two night stands. In addition, the master offers sliding glass doors which lead out to the pool area. There is a plasma television as well for your enjoyment. Bedroom two is also located on the main floor and offers a queen size bed, plasma television and private bathroom. The main floor also offers a full size walk-in laundry room.
Bedrooms two and three are located on the second floor. Bedroom three offers a queen size bed, plasma television and full size bathroom. Bedroom four is extremely spacious and is equipped with two king size beds. The bedroom is equipped with two full size bathrooms (again, the room is spacious). There is also a large plasma television for your enjoyment.
The main feature with Casa Bella certainly lies in the outside pool area. From the moment you enter the rear yard, you are greeted by a full size heated pool. There is a covered lanai area off the pool in the event you are looking for shade during the afternoon sunlight. The covered lanai offers an outside bar, with seating for three, as well as an outside cabana bathroom. There is an outside dining table, with seating for four, as well as pool lounge chairs, all of offer a spectacular view of the intracoastal waterway. There is also an outside bbq.
