This spacious unit also offers two (2) sleeper sofas. From the moment you enter Seaward B, you are greeted with unobstructed breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The open living room offers a full size couch which converts into a sleeper sofa. There is also an oversized chair (with ottoman) which acts as a sleeper as well. The living room entertainment center offers a large plasma television with dvd player. The granite kitchen, with stainless appliances, is extremely open and offers both direct eastward and southern views of the ocean. The entire living area of this unit offers floor to ceiling impact glass windows which overlook the beach and ocean. The dining table offers seating for four (4) and overlooks the beach and ocean. There is truly no better way in which to enjoy a meal. The views are breathtaking. There is an open family area with a full size couch and an oversized chair with ottoman. The unit offers a private, wraparound, balcony terrace which can be accessed from both the living and dining areas, as well as off the kitchen. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a dresser and plasma television. There is also a full size bathroom with a custom walk-in shower. The unit is equipped with a washer & dryer.
The oceanfront pool and lounge area, with outdoor dining tables, could not be more relaxing. The setting is simply magnificent. Villa Seaward B is the very definition of a luxury vacation rental and can comfortably sleep up to five (5) people. There are a multitude of restaurants, shops and activities located a few blocks away in Lauderdale by the Sea. This beachfront location is truly as good as it gets.
