The Sea Ranch shopping center, which offers a Publix grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, as well as many wonderful restaurants and boutique shops, is across the street. The Lauderdale by the Sea Recreational Park, which offers tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, children’s playground and restroom facilities, is one block away. You can also walk to the downtown area, which offers entertainment, many restaurants and pubs, as well as ice cream stores, various shops and the famous fishing pier.
Situated in a small, intimate complex of just eight vacation villas, this vacation unit offers 2 Spacious Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Upon entering, you are greeted by a private foyer which leads to the first guest bedroom and full size bathroom. This spacious bedroom offers a King size bed with sateen linens, a dresser, nightstand, all new tile flooring and a private sliding glass door which leads to a private outside patio with a table and chairs. The rear patio area is ideal for entertaining and dining. Also off the front foyer, you are greeted by the large and open living room, which offers two couches (one of which is a sleeper sofa), a large television with dvd entertainment center and a French door leading to the covered outside terrace area. Bedroom two offers a king size bed with two nightstands and a full size dresser.

The property offers a fantastic, commercial size, heated pool that is completely fenced in for absolute privacy. There are plenty of lounge chairs with an outdoor shower area.
