The private and spacious master suite offers a king size bed, two nightstands and a full size dresser with television.  The master also offers floor-to-ceiling windows with fantastic water views.  The master bathroom is equipped with dual sinks, a custom walk-in shower and a separate jacuzzi spa bath.  Bedroom two offers a king size bed, two nightstands and a full size dresser with television.  Bedroom two is also equipped with a full size, private, bathroom.   Bedroom three offers a queen size bed with an additional set of bunk beds.  Bedroom three is also equipped with a fantastic private bathroom. 

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation.  The adjacent dining room offers seating for six, not to mention breathtaking water views while you and your guests dine, along with a separate granite breakfast counter. 

The outside area is ideal for entertaining (extremely spacious) and offers a wonderful custom heated pool with adjacent hot tub.  There are two patio tables (with umbrellas) for dining, a custom outside bar, a new bbq and a series of chairs and recliners around the pool. 

The home is a short walk to the beach and is nearby to some of South Florida's finest restaurants and shops.
