The main living area is located on the second floor and offers a wonderful, open living room with unobstructed water views.  The living room also provides a set of sliding glass doors which lead to an outside covered terrace area. The outside terrace is the perfect location to enjoy the spectacular water views. The living room offers a new 47’ plasma television with dvd entertainment center.  There is also a new sleeper sofa.  The dining room is private and offers seating for eight people.  The kitchen is fully equipped and is situated off the dining room. 

As stated, a fantastic shared pool that overlooks the intracoastal waterway.  The rear decking area is a wonderful space in which to entertain and watch the boats sail up and down the intracoastal.  The outside area provides a new bbq grill. The home also provides a 40’ deeded dock space with no fixed bridges to the ocean.
