Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by an open foyer.  There is a full size bedroom, equipped with two queen size beds, nightstands and dressers, as well as a full size bathroom on the main ground floor.  The large, open kitchen has been updated with granite counters, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.  The dining area has a new table with eight chairs.  The open living room has two leather couches, one of which is a pull out sleeper sofa.  There is a new 42” flatscreen television and entertainment area with a dvd player.  There is also a granite bar area off the living room which is used as a media center.  The media center offers WI FI internet, a fax machine and additional work space in the event you bring your laptop computer.  The living room also has eight foot sliding glass doors which overlook the rear decking areas and intracoastal waterway.  Off the living room, in the rear decking area,  outdoor tables and chairs and a stainless steel bbq.  The rear decking area is a wonderful space in which to entertain and watch the boats sail up and down the intracoastal.  On the second floor, you will find the master suite, which offers a king size bed with sateen linens, two nightstands, a flatscreen plasma television with entertainment center and dvd player, as well as an additional private sitting are with fireplace which overlooks the intracoastal waterway.  There is also a private, covered balcony off the master room with a table and two chairs.  Again, the views are endless from this area.  There is a large walk-in closet.  The private master bathroom offers a full size bath, separate walk-in shower and two sinks on a marble countertop.  Bedroom three is also located on the second floor, equipped with two queen size beds, nightstands, a walk-in closet and a full size bathroom.  The property has a full size washer & dryer.
