Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Certified Checks/Money Orders, Cash, Bank Transfers
Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of 5 nights required during standard rental dates.
Currency
All currencies are shown in USD.
25% of the Base Rental Rate + $250 Cleaning Fee + $99 Booking Fee is required to reserve
Remaining 75% Base Rental Rate + Applicable Taxes is due 60 days prior to arrival
$400 Damage Deposit Hold
Pet deposit due upon pet approval (please inquire for details)
No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival
25% refund will be issued for cancellations made outside the 60 day arrival date.
Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM
