Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by an open foyer. The ground floor is equipped with a spacious bedroom offering two queen size beds, a nightstand and dresser and a new plasma television. There is also a full size bathroom located on the ground floor. The open kitchen has been updated with granite counters, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The dining area offers a large open table with seating for eight (8). The living room is open and very spacious, offering a large sectional sofa. There is a 42" flat screen television and entertainment area with a dvd player. There is also a granite computer workstation off the living room which is used as a media center. The media center offers wireless internet and phone service. The living room also has eight foot sliding glass doors which overlook the rear decking areas and intracoastal waterway. The direct water views from both the living and dining areas are stunning. The rear decking area is brand new and offers outside seating and dining with an umbrella. Again, the views are stunning. There is also a new stainless bbq. The rear decking area offers a wonderful setting in which to entertain and watch the boats sail up and down the intracoastal. There is a wonderful pool for your use. The poolside decking is brand new and the pool is equipped with chaise lounge chairs.
The spacious and extremely private master bedroom is located on the second floor, offering a king size bed with sateen linens, two nightstands, a flat screen plasma television with entertainment center and dvd player, as well as an additional private sitting area with fireplace which overlooks the intracoastal waterway. There is also a private covered balcony terrace off the master room with a table and two chairs. Again, the views are endless from this extremely private sitting area. The private master bathroom offers a full size bath, separate walk-in shower and dual marble vanity sinks. Bedroom three is also located on the second floor and is equipped with two queen size beds, one nightstand, a walk-in closet and a full size bathroom.
Villa Santa Barbara is fully equipped with internet, cable television and phone service. The home also provides additional linens, pillows and towels. An air mattress and pack-n-play are available upon request. The property does offer a full size washer & dryer.
