Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of 5 nights required during standard rental dates.
Currency
All currencies are shown in USD.
25% of total rental cost + $250 cleaning fee is required to reserve + $99 reservation fee is required to reserve
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
$400 refundable damage deposit
Pet deposit due upon pet approval (inquire for details)
No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival
25% refund will be issued for cancellations made outside the 60 days.
Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM
