Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Certified Checks/Money Orders, Cash, Bank Transfers
Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of 5 nights required during standard rental dates.
Currency
All currencies are shown in USD.
20% of total rental cost + $250 cleaning fee is required to reserve + $99 reservation fee is required to reserve
80% of total rent -Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
$400 refundable damage deposit due 60 days prior to arrival
Pet deposit due upon pet approval (inquire for details)
No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival
20% refund will be issued for cancellations made outside the 60 days.
Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM
